Great atmosphere in there Really nice food Good service from bar staff Comfortable and clean rooms with en-suite Great customer service as I had lost a belonging and they managed to find it and have posted it back to me free of charge. Good location as was at goodwood for the day so very close. Had the footy on too on the evening which is always a bonus. Really enjoyed it, thanks!
Great carvery! Lovely Sunday roast dinner with all the trimmings. I recommend a pint of the Hock bitter too; very tasty.
A beautiful run family pub and bed and breakfast, I would highly recommend it... very good food and very friendly service and people . I'm wheelchair bound and it was no problems at all..the rooms are all good to get around in ...defo go again
Great place to stay. Room was great with everything you need. Staff were super friendly and the breakfast before we left was delicious. They have a nice little garden area too which is great in the sunshine. Would definitely stay again
The best Sunday roast anywhere. Great service. Highly recommend this pub. The carvery I. A Sunday is fresh and home made. No lines to get your food like the toby. It's just a perfect lunch in a beautiful pub.
Had a lovely roast dinner today, meat was absolutely delicious Gravy is the best, only small complaint we did have to wait a while for food (40 mins) But it was worth it x
We visited for this Sunday carvery. It deserved the five stars we gave it. The food was fresh, hot, tasty and plenty of it - 4 slices of meat. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. This is third Sunday in a row that we have eaten there. Parking can be a challenge due to the pubs popularity for Sunday lunch. Dogs welcome.
